I am so excited to share this post-wedding smoky mountain photo session. Sayali and Amit were recently married and were traveling with friends to the Smoky Mountains for a vacation. Their friends gifted them a portrait session and we used the smoky Mountains as their backdrop. I had a lot of fun working with this great couple and we were able to capture some great photos in Cades Cove within the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Cades Cove is a broad valley surrounded by mountains.
It is one of the most popular destinations in the Great Smokies. It offers some of the best opportunities for wildlife viewing in the park. Large numbers of white-tailed deer and black bear are frequently seen. The road leading into Cades Cove is a one-way road that totals 11 miles in distance.
