SMOKY MOUNTAIN ENGAGEMENT

I am so excited to share Alyssa & Cody’s adventurous Cades Cove engagement session at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Alyssa & Cody made the trek from Charlotte, North Carolina for their session. It was a great way to get to know one another ahead of their wedding day at the Parkside Resort. This fun couple have a fondness for the Smoky Mountains and wanted to capture their love with the mountain backdrop. The weather was perfect and we went to a couple of spots that I have never explored, which made this session even more exciting. Thanks for stopping in and taking a look at their session.

SMOKY MOUNTAINS – CADES COVE

Cades Cove is a broad, verdant valley surrounded by mountains.  It is one of the most popular destinations in the Great Smokies.  It offers some of the best opportunities for wildlife viewing in the park.  Large numbers of white-tailed deer are frequently seen, and sightings of black bear, coyote, ground hog, turkey, raccoon, skunk, and other animals are also possible.  The road leading into Cades Cove is a one way road that totals 11 miles in distance.
